About the Library

Crescent Central
Library

Crescent Central Library was established in 2010. It is a modern library with a good collection of books and digital resources, offering a spacious reading area with sufficient seating in a well-ventilated, well-lit environment built for comfortable reading and learning.

Since its establishment, the library has continuously expanded its collection to include books, journals, conference proceedings, project reports, previous years' question papers, CD ROMs, e-books, and e-journals through DELNET.

"Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim."
— Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) · The spirit behind this room

The library is fully automated using LIBSOFT 9.8 Library Management Software. All books are barcode-enabled, and electronic resources are linked with QR codes for quick and easy access — organised by subject via DDC and catalogued by AACR standards.
